Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences jakaa 19. helmikuuta Las Vegasissa järjestettävän D.I.C.E. -tapahtuman yhteydessä vuosittaiset Interactive Achievement Awards -pystit.
PS3:n LittleBigPlanet on asetettu ehdolle peräti kymmenessä kategoriassa, kuten paras peli, paras perhepeli sekä paras konsolipeli ja lisäksi säkkipoika on tarjolla parhaaksi pelihahmoksi. Xbox 360:n Gears of War 2:lle on tyrkyllä yhdeksän palkintoa, kun sekä Marcus että Dom kilpailevat parhaan pelihahmon kategoriassa.
Muita usean ehdokkuuden pelejä ovat muun muassa Left 4 Dead (8), Fallout 3 (8), Metal Gear Solid 4 (7) ja Fable II (6).

muuten on kyllä ihan pätevän oloinen lista. sekä boxillä, että kolmosella on mahdollisuudet vetäistä aika isosti palkintoja. veikkaan kuitenkin, että menee aika ristiin... paitsi jos ovat jenkkien antamat palkinnot. silloinhan jo tiedetään mikä konsoli on palkintomagneetti...
